    Job description

    Job Summary:
    The HR Advisor role will be part of the Corporate Functions team that will work with and support the HR Business Partners to deliver insight, advice, guidance and practical support to ensure business areas successfully deliver their people strategies across The Center-Shared Services.
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with HR initiatives and projects.
    • Reinforce policies and practices, promptly escalating and assisting in resolving issues.
    • Support senior HR business partners with reporting, associate relation cases and other administrative duties.
    • Work with both global and US People & Culture teams to deliver initiatives.
    • Proactively cultivate strong working relationships with all levels of the organization across Lockton.
    • Understand the business structure, commercially, culturally and strategically.
    • Participate in core HR initiatives and project implementations for the business.
    • Be a visible role model for Lockton and its values and behaviors.
    • Manage and execute exit interviews.
    • Act as an agent of change within Lockton to ensure best practices.
    • Support the continuous improvement of the Human Resources function profile and perception. within Lockton through the quality of support and service delivered.
    • Assist with business-driven projects, in conjunction with the HRBP.
    • Proactively use data and analytics to support business activities.
    • Maintain and update HR communications, across Workplace and other internal communication channels.
    • Help manage the 120-Day New Hire Check-In and Year-End Performance process.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience in supporting business operations through Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) functions.
    • Knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, including basic employment law.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
    • High level of written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in application and operation of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Teams.
    • Be able to demonstrate an ability to build productive working relationships.
    • Skill in handling conflict and uncertain situations.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a requirement to be onsite at least four days per week.
    • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
