THE WORK
Sikorsky is seeking to hire a full time Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to support R&M activities for various Aircraft programs across the company.
In this role, you will:
- Perform R&M predictions and fleet data analysis, Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Fault Trees Analysis (FTA), failure analysis, and corrective action (FRACAS).
- Develop, conduct, and coordinate R&M plans and procedures to include conducting technical studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts.
- Propose changes in design or formulation to improve R&M performance.
- Support of design reviews and test activities as required.
- Support proposal writing activities.
