As a vital member of the school's management team, you'll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that the program operates in full compliance with the Board of Nursing, as well as all governmental, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.     Requirements
    • MSN or higher
    • Current Registered Nurse License from the state of Connecticut
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience as full-time faculty in an accredited or approved nursing education program
    • Minimum of 3 years related clinical nursing practice experience
    • Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred

    Responsibilities
    • Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance
    • Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes
    • Enforce school and academic policies and procedures
    • Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation. Provide professional development, daily guidance, and evaluation of performance
    • Maintain appropriate records in compliance with Board of Nursing, accrediting body, and company policy and procedures
    • Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and requirements
