Job description

Train the next generation of HVAC Techs in our fully equipped facility in Columbia, MD. You will teach both classroom theory and direct skills-refrigeration systems, electrical troubleshooting, installation, service, and repair. Students work on real equipment preparing for EPA certification and industry careers. You have spent years in the field. You know the trade. This is your chance to pass that knowledge on.
Responsibilities of HVAC Instructors:
  • Conduct hands-on training in our fully equipped facility
  • Create an engaging learning environment that promotes student growth
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with faculty to improve program effectiveness
  • Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers

Requirements of HVAC Instructors:
  • 3+ years as an HVAC technician Commercial or Industrial
  • High school diploma or GED
  • EPA certification preferred
  • You can explain what you know and show others how to do it
