    What You'll Be Doing

    As a Keyholder, you play a critical role in bringing the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor. You'll lead by example, support the wider team, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the store during your shifts - including opening and closing when management are not present.

    Here's how you'll make it happen:

    • Delivering exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values
    • Acting as a role model for Stylists, supporting, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve personal and store KPIs
    • Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures
    • Supporting the Store Management team with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties
    • Ensuring high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are maintained at all times
    • Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience
    • Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards
    • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and highperforming team environment
