As a Senior Analyst, Distribution Finance (3PL Operations), you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and governance of Levi Strauss & Co.'s third-party logistics network across the US and Canada. Partnering closely with Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and external logistics providers, you will deliver the financial insights and analysis that drive smarter decisions, optimize costs, and improve service performance. Your work will help strengthen critical distribution partnerships and ensure our network can scale to support consumer demand, business growth, and long-term profitability.
This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Groveport, Ohio distribution center. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
About the Job
  • Support month-end close, forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range planning for 3PL distribution operations.
  • Review and analyze 3PL operating expenses, contractual costs, and service-related charges.
  • Validate 3PL billings and ensure compliance with contractual terms and financial expectations.
  • Develop forecasts for volume-driven costs using shipment volume, inventory levels, productivity, and labor assumptions.
  • Prepare financial and operational reporting, highlighting trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Perform variance analysis and support financial accruals, journal entries, and close activities.
  • Partner with distribution and logistics teams to evaluate operational performance against financial commitments and productivity targets.
  • Monitor and support controls related to inventory management, shrink, cycle counts, revenue recognition, 3PL invoicing, and shortage claims.
  • Partner with Accounting, Controllers, Internal Audit, and external auditors to support compliance and governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, cost visibility, forecasting accuracy, and operational decision-making.
  • You will report to the Senior Manager, Distribution Finance.

About You
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, finance, or operational finance.
  • Experience supporting supply chain, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or other operational business functions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and month-end close processes.
  • Experience analyzing operational and volume-driven cost drivers.
  • Experience reviewing contracts, vendor spend, or third-party service costs.
  • Translate financial data into actionable business insights across functions and levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
    • CPA, MBA, or related professional certification preferred.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Groveport, Ohio distribution center. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $80,100 - $117,500 per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
