ย  - Experience with SQL, campaign-targeting, multi-sub journeys, and journey building.
ย  - Proficiency with Ampscript, HTML, and CSS.
Position Summary:
The Email Marketing Associate is part of a global team with a primary focus on North America. The role supports day-to-day execution of email campaigns, partnering with marketing and technology stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant, and accurate communications at scale. This is a hands-on role across campaign setup, QA, approvals, and deployment, while also providing strategic guidance and support across the broader digital user journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
ย  - Manage functional applications of the Stensul email tool, including program management.
ย  - Configure campaign targeting inputs and validate targeting logic using SQL-based audience selection frameworks.
ย  - Manage end-to-end campaign workflows from intake to deployment, ensuring execution within defined SLAs.
ย  - Execute thorough QA testing and manage approvals, change requests, and escalations.
ย  - Maintain documentation and templates for repeatable campaign workflows.
ย  - Partner with Distribution, Channel Marketing, and data teams on overall strategic program management.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in relationship/email marketing, preferably in the financial services space.
ย  - Hands-on experience with CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; Stensul familiarity is a plus.
ย  - Strong knowledge of HTML and SQL.
ย  - Excellent attention to detail, a QA mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
ย  - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
