To thrive as an Engineer, you need a solid background in mathematics, problem-solving, and a relevant engineering degree or certification. Familiarity with industry-specific software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, or SolidWorks, as well as understanding of applicable standards and regulations, is typically required.
