Kforce has a client that is seeking an Organizational Change Manager in New York, NY.
Summary:
The Change Manager works under the direction of the VP-People Change Enablement to assist in implementing and delivering Change programs for the People Team strategic and key projects, which impact the organization. This role will primarily focus on the global deployment of a new Benefits platform.
The role will provide Change Management support to the VP- People Change Enablement and the post holder will collaborate closely with stakeholders primarily within the People organization (People Business Partners, People Services and Solutions and Centers of Expertise) and Corporate Communications.
Responsibilities will include:
* Leading on the execution of specific Change projects, as specified by the VP-People Change Enablement, with a primary focus on the global deployment of a benefits platform
* Conducting change impacts analysis and readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis, as appropriate
* Developing and executing Change Management plans and associated interventions
* Leading/supporting the development of communications and training content in partnership with Centers of Expertise, Talent Development and Corporate Communications
* Managing the Change program delivery timelines
* Leading project meetings and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with requirements, deadlines, and schedules
* Helping identify and resolve issues in partnership with VP-People Change Enablement
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Organizational Change Manager/Change Analyst role
* Strong project management/organizational skills, analytic skills, and attention to detail
* Understanding of Change Management methodology and practices
* Understanding and proficiency with Agentic AI
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in communications and/or training content creation
* Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
* Details orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Ability to advise and influence colleagues and business partners
* Strong positive attitude, with sense of self-motivation and accountability
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
