    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Vulnerability Managment Cyber Managed Services.
    Responsibilities:
    • Developing rapport with others by demonstrating an understanding of their concerns, needs, and issues, and focusing on developing an internal network of relationships that can provide advice and support
    • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
    • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business and cybersecurity
    • Assist engagement teams in evaluating client vulnerability management programs across people, process, and technology
    • Work with engagement teams to own distinct portions of vulnerability management solutions tailored to client environments
    • Perform and control vulnerability assessments to identify control weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of existing controls

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience
    • Tenable One experience
    • Hands-on vulnerability management experience
    • Client-facing experience across industries
    • Strong communication (technical + non-technical audiences)
    • Able to influence stakeholders
    • Willingness to travel
    • Familiar with major security frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS, PCI, ITIL, COBIT)
    • Experience across Windows, Linux/UNIX, and cloud/on-prem systems
    • Hands-on with Tenable One (deploy, configure, run)
    • Evaluate vuln tools and support vendor selection
    • Root cause analysis + remediation planning
    • Strong foundation in cybersecurity (VM, GRC, IR, privacy, architecture)
    • Support/manage cybersecurity projects and reporting
    • Scripting (Python, PowerShell) experience
    • Experience with Excel/Power BI for metrics
    • Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, cloud security, and threat landscape
    • Experience with use of EPSS, CVSS, CISA KEV, threat intel to prioritize risk
    • Proficient in CVE/CWE frameworks
    • Able to build and present metrics for both technical & executive audiences

    Nice to Have:
    • Cyber certifications (CISSP, CEH, GSEC)
    • Strong client-facing and collaboration skills
    • Strategic + technical problem solving
    • Ability to manage multiple initiatives
    • Consulting experience

    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
