- Conduct business analysis for IT systems
- Analyze legislative mandates → system impact
- Gather & document business requirements
- Support business process re-engineering
- Assist in Request for Offer (RFP) requirements definition
- Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical needs
- Support system modernization strategy
Required Qualifications (MQ)
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years IT/business analysis experience
- 3+ years in system analysis & design
- 3+ years analyzing legislation/regulations impact
Desired Qualifications (DQ)
- 6+ years experience
- Experience in government regulatory systems
- Experience with large-scale IT transformations
