Job description

OPEN JOB: Neurodiagnostic Technologist II - Full-Time /Day Shift
LOCATION:Portland, Oregon
**Relocation Assistance Available
BASE SALARY: $65,956 to $102,377
FULL BENEFITS
***$8,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment.
EMPLOYER: 550 bed tertiary care hospital
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs routine and complex electroencephalographic procedures that may include evoked potentials, intra-operative monitoring, EMU monitoring, cEEG and ambulatory video EEG.
  • Monitors placement of sphenoidal, grid, depth and strip electrodes.
  • Assists with WADA testing and cortical stimulation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • National Certification from American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year of full-time experience

Preferred Qualification:
  • Documented training in evoked potentials and intra-operative monitoring
