Job description

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an Area General Manager (AGM) to lead a coils and motor OEM manufacturing operation with P&L responsibility. You will steer safety, quality, and performance while developing a high-caliber team across repair, motor manufacturing, and coil production.

The AGM will set sales strategy, align cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement using the IPS CIPS framework to achieve KPI targets and unmatched customer experience.
