    JOB DESCRIPTION


    Insight Global is looking for a detail‑oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to provide operational, reporting, and coordination support to the NA Commercial organization and its leadership — safeguarding data integrity, enabling insight, and keeping initiatives, meetings, and key engagements running smoothly. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in sales or business operations, strong Excel and presentation skills, and excels at cross‑functional coordination and clear communication.


    Responsibilities

    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across commercial systems, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or inconsistencies
    • Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analyses spanning pipeline, forecasting, and sales and account performance trends
    • Coordinate the inputs, materials, and logistics that bring monthly and quarterly business reviews together
    • Drive ongoing improvements to tools, processes, and workflows, and coordinate internal projects that support commercial performance
    • Partner across Sales, Account Management, Sales Ops, and Marketing to align on campaigns, initiatives, and shared priorities
    • Coordinate the preparation of materials for key deals, RFPs, and client presentations
    • Track key stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and renewals, and ensure timely follow-through on related actions
    • Manage the cadence of commercial leadership meetings — setting agendas, capturing decisions and action items, and tracking follow-through on commitments
    • Coordinate calendars, travel, and logistics for the Managing Director and senior commercial leaders in support of customer engagements, partner meetings, and offsites
    • Triage incoming requests and correspondence directed to commercial leadership, applying sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
    • Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and pre-read materials ahead of executive meetings with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
    • Plan and execute team events, sales kick-offs, offsites, and customer-facing engagements, including vendor, venue, and budget coordination
    • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures, and support onboarding of new team members on tools and processes


    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


    • 1–3 years in a sales operations, business operations, or coordination role


    Technical / Hard Skills


    • Strong working knowledge of Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint or equivalent);
    • Experience working with reporting tools and data sets
    • Comfort working with systems that support sales and operational processes
    • Education (post-secondary, certification, etc.)
    • Degree/Diploma or related experience

    • Detail oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
    • Communication Clear and concise written and verbal communication; able to work effectively across teams
