Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The ServiceNow Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Application Portfolio Management, CSDM and Asset Management to meet business requirements.
  • Analyze and document business processes and requirements to ensure successful configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on specific business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the development team during the implementation and integration phases.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow instance to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role for at least 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and development best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Asset Management.
  • Expertise in different modules which includes Discovery, Service Mapping, IRE, LDAP, Import Sets, Notifications, Events, ACLs, Flows, Workflows, Service portal
  • Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), API integrations, and web services.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in leading and managing ServiceNow implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly preferred.
