Job description

Indotronix is seeking an :Aerospace Product Repair/Modification Technician A, Heath, OH 

Position will have a 1st shift training period
Then will move to 2nd or 3rd shift
high school diploma/GED
Ability to obtain a security clearance post-start
Ability to work off shift (2nd/3rd).

Job Description:

  • Perform assembly, inspection, and basic manufacturing tasks following work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components and equipment.
  • Conduct inspection of parts, components, and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures during production.
  • Maintain accurate records and support basic documentation activities.
  • Work with chemicals (including beryllium, if required) in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Support production schedules and meet shift-based operational requirements.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience working with tools and following work instructions
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shifts
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance (post-start)
  • Willingness to work with chemicals as required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in inspection of parts, assemblies, or components
  • 1+ year of soldering and equipment assembly experience
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications
  • Experience working under a microscope
