  • Developing and implementing strategies to streamline clinical trial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of clinical operations with overall project goals.
  • Overseeing site management activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout, to ensure high-quality data and compliance with study protocols.
  • Monitoring trial performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to address any issues and optimize trial outcomes.

Your Profile:
You will have a strong background in clinical operations, with proven management experience and a commitment to quality delivery.
Required qualifications and experience:
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical operations, with a proven track record of managing and executing clinical trials across various phases and therapeutic areas.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of clinical operations professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry standards, with experience in optimizing trial processes and managing operational challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the capability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)

Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
