- Provides high-level customer support of computers, printers, peripheral devices and specific application support.
- Maintains, analyzes and repairs associated hardware/software/network systems and devices.
- Analyzes, documents, and escalates calls to Analyst positions as appropriate.
- Perform overnight/weekend and pager support when scheduled.
