Job SummaryThis role leads the design, delivery, and lifecycle management of infrastructure solutions within a defined technology domain, while driving alignment across Engineering, Operations, and Service Management. The Director is accountable for establishing scalable infrastructure patterns, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring reliable, cost-effective service delivery. Additionally, the role provides strategic and people leadership across teams, translating business needs into technology solutions and execution roadmaps.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and8years in Information Technologyor 12 years equivalent experience.

  • 4-6 years in Infrastructure & Operations leadership.

  • Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and operations management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of business priorities and technology strategy.

  • Experience in resource, vendor, and delivery management.

  • Ability to simplify and standardize complex processes.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or relatedfield.

  • Experience with cloud,compute, network, EUC, or distributed systems.

  • Experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.

  • ITIL or similar framework experience.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, andchangemanagement skills.
