Job description

Groundworks Services is seeking a detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to support our production team by maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant workspace. This role focuses on sanitation, organization, and supporting production through consistent execution of cleaning and operational tasks.

Hours: This position is Full Time.

What You'll Do

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, and workspace
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production facility
  • Support packaging and inventory processes, including stickering, boxing, and counting

What You Bring

  • Some kitchen, food production, or similar hands-on experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage regulated inventory with accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Experience in cannabis, food, or beverage production preferred
  • Current Food Handler's Card required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods in a production environment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs multiple times daily
  • Comfort working on hard-surface floors and around production equipment
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with noise and activity
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including gloves, masks, and safety glasses
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods as needed
