We’re seeking a Sr Reliability Engineer to work at a premier biotechnology organization in Juncos, PR. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.
Salary: $43.00 hr - W2
Shift: 8hrs shift | Administrative 
- with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage.
Initial Contract:6 months

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience  in similar position
  • Possess manufacturing equipment ownership experience, including CMMS system management (work orders approval/closing, PM strategy, spare parts definition/accuracy/updates)
  • Demonstrate reliability and change control assessment capabilities and experience in enhancing system reliability, focusing on equipment availability, downtime reduction, and maintenance optimization
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech processes, validation processes, and documentation in highly regulated environments
  • Knowledge with pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing processes and have a solid understanding of GMP/GLP standards
  • Strong technical documentation, written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish)
The Sr. Reliability Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment through ownership of the CMMS program, maintenance strategies, and equipment lifecycle activities. This role leads reliability and continuous improvement initiatives, supports troubleshooting and change control assessments, develops equipment performance metrics, and drives maintenance optimization to reduce downtime.
