Job Title : CLM Business Analyst
Location : Columbus, OH - Onsite

US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD, and H4 EAD only No Third-party agencies corp to corp.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for the CLM system.
- Work with the technical team to ensure that the functional requirements are technically feasible and that the system is configured to meet the requirements.
- Develop use cases and test scenarios to ensure that the system meets the functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where the CLM system does not meet the organization's needs.
- Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on the CLM system.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure that they are able to use the system effectively.
- Work with the project team to ensure that the CLM system is delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide regular status updates to the project team and stakeholders on the progress of the business analysis activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or information technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with experience in implementing CLM systems.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and project management processes.
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Confluence is preferred.
