Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager on behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturer of precision-engineered temperature sensors, compression seal fittings, and cable and harness assemblies serving a wide range of industries, including aerospace, semiconductor, power generation, and oil and gas. With decades of engineering and manufacturing expertise, the company delivers both standard and custom-designed solutions focused on quality, reliability, and performance.
In this role, you will be responsible leading engineering initiatives, overseeing the design and development of precision-engineered products and manufacturing solutions, and ensuring projects meet quality, cost, and performance objectives. You will manage and mentor engineering teams, collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and other departments, and drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and engineering initiatives.
Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering environment.
