    Job description

    At FutureCare our Clinical Manager for Renalis Kidney Services manages the overall operations for nursing services and patient care of hemodialysis faciities. The individual we seek for this role will ensure the safe, therapeutic nursing management of the End State Renal Disease patient (ESRD). The Clininca Manager will report to the Regional Clinical Manager of Director of Dialysis Services.

    The salary mentioned above reflects the potential base pay range for this role. Bonuses or other incentives (if applicable) are offered separately and paid pursuant to the relevant program schedule. All employment offers will consider such factors as overall experience, job-related qualifications, location, certifications/training, etc.


    • Responsible for patient and staff scheduling, assigning duties, handling paperwork and maintaining patient’s medical records 
    • Manage all financial responsibility, quality assurance , patient care, safety, risks, teammate satisfaction quality index scores and general operations/facility maintenance issues
    • Maintain Phyicians, NP and staff records
    • Ensure that dialysis centers maintain productivity and remain within the fiscal budget
    • Ensure patients receive quality care with respect and dignity
    • Participates in core team meetings, clinic CQI/ GB programs and Risk Management
    • Maintains open communications with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
    • Creates, implements, and administers policies, procedures and resources to ensure safe, appropriate treatment of patients
    • Keep abreast of all CMS, CDC and ESRD NetWork guidelines and recommendation and Corporate  policies to ensure compliance within their department
    • Clinic should be maintained in survey ready status
    • Develop a strong rapport with patients or hospital partners and manage patient concerns appropriately
    • Actively encourages and is an example of open communication between physicians, patients, and staff
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in dialysis preferred
    • Ability to learn other systems applicable to Clinical operations
    • Good decision making and judgment capabilities
    • The ability to instruct others
    • Ability to identify and solve complex problems
    • Must be socially perceptive; that is, aware of the reactions of others and understanding those reactions
    • Excellent reading comprehension skills
    • Good coordination skills and the ability to adjust one’s actions in relations to others’ actions
    • Ability to lift minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted and able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching and use of fill range of body motions
