    Funko is a purveyor of pop culture and licensed-focused collectibles company. Funko currently holds thousands of lenses and the rights to create tens of thousands of characters – one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry.  Funko’s Pop! Vinyl is the number one stylized vinyl collectible on the market, selling millions of figures to fans around the world.

    The Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) is responsible for creating, developing and maintaining ongoing business relationships with our largest US retailers, as well as working cross-functionally with team members to drive business objectives and achieve financial goals. Operating strategically, the SNAM will co-ordinate marketing efforts, product launches and sales promotions with the assigned account to achieve quarterly sales and profit targets.   

    What You’ll Do

    • Hold full responsibility and meet assigned revenue targets for you and the wider team
    • Proactively contact buyers to actively sell and support Funko portfolio of products
    • Build outstanding relationships with Buyers, Senior Buyers (DMMs) in all the key categories that Funko trade within
    • Identify, recruit and retain and develop any required members of your team
    • Provide guidance on team objectives and provide constructive feedback on performance on an ongoing basis, undertaking competency reviews, 1:1s and team meetings where relevant
    • Work collaboratively with People and Culture to effectively manage employee performance ensuring high standards are maintained
    • Analyze POS, Shipping data and industry trends to suggest products and pricing to client
    • Understand S&OP process to drive customer focused sales and build healthy product mix
    • Utilize sales and inventory reports to identify licenses and products to solicit customers
    • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with Sales Management to ensure strategic growth attainment plan
    • Participate in continued education/training to learn about new and existing product lines and improve sales techniques; be a trusted advisor on all things Funko
    • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction resulting in increased productivity and achieving quarterly incentive goals
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to optimize inventory levels for both Funko and the retailer
    • Create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s long term business needs
    • Consistently meet quota and revenue targets

    What You’ll Bring

    • 5-8 years’ experience in Sales or Retail Management role, preferably for a consumer product company selling direct to large, national retailers
    • Knowledge of Collectible/Toy/CPG industry and customer trends
    • Out of the box thinker; creative and strategic mindset
    • Proven project management or other relevant sales experience
    • Understanding of S&OP process to drive customer focused sales and build product mix
    • History of successful conflict-resolution of issues with internal and external stakeholders
    • Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style
    • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering superior results within given deadlines
    • Exceptional organization and time management skills
    • Degree from accredited college
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to provide reports to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    • Experience with ERP and retailer specific systems
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite 

    Salary Information

    The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $105,000 - $130,500 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
