As the AI Solutions and Enablement Analyst, you will help translate business needs into actionable AI solutions while coordinating delivery, enablement, and adoption across Funko's enterprise technology landscape. Working closely with Digital Technology, Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Business teams, you will gather requirements, support the AI development queue through the full software development lifecycle, and help employees successfully adopt approved AI capabilities.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines business analysis, Agile delivery coordination, product operations, community management, and AI enablement. You will support AI leadership and the AI Product Solutions Manager while partnering closely with the Senior AI Engineer and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges, AI opportunities, desired outcomes, and measurable success criteria.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution reviews for both small enhancements and larger-scale initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, test scenarios, and supporting documentation.
  • Evaluate proposed use cases with Product and Engineering teams to clarify scope, dependencies, risks, feasibility, and whether AI is the appropriate solution.
  • Facilitate daily AI stand-ups and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, demonstrations, and other Agile team ceremonies.
  • Maintain backlog quality by ensuring development work is clearly documented, appropriately prioritized, and ready for execution.
  • Coordinate work through the full software development lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, stakeholder validation, release, and post-launch support.
  • Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, decisions, blockers, and action items, providing clear status updates and escalating issues when needed.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, document stakeholder feedback, and confirm that delivered solutions meet approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the AI Product Solutions Manager with product operations, intake management, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and delivery follow-through.
  • Manage and maintain content for Funko's internal AI community site or knowledge hub, ensuring information remains accurate, current, accessible, and engaging.
  • Develop training materials, user guides, demonstrations, FAQs, playbooks, prompt examples, and other resources that help employees use AI effectively and responsibly.
  • Coordinate and support AI learning sessions, office hours, demonstrations, and community engagement activities.
  • Work hands-on with approved OpenAI and Anthropic products to understand their capabilities, limitations, and practical applications across Funko.
  • Assist with documenting, testing, and maintaining AI use cases, reusable prompt patterns, and expected solution behaviors in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and alignment with business requirements, documenting edge cases and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather adoption feedback and usage insights to identify product improvements, additional training needs, and new AI opportunities.
  • Promote responsible AI practices, appropriate human oversight, and secure handling of company, customer, and employee information.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, product operations, technology delivery, Agile delivery, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and user-facing materials.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Experience supporting technology initiatives through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into actionable work for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Hands-on familiarity with both OpenAI and Anthropic product ecosystems, including products such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Business, the OpenAI platform, Claude or Claude Enterprise, and the Anthropic platform.
  • Practical understanding of generative AI capabilities, limitations, common enterprise use cases, and the importance of human review.
  • Experience using work management and documentation platforms such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or comparable tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop clear training content and explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain attention to detail in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Understanding of data privacy, information security, intellectual property, and responsible AI considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with prompt engineering, including structured prompt design, reusable prompt templates, prompt testing, and output evaluation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise AI, intelligent automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology programs.
  • Experience managing an internal community, knowledge base, employee portal, or technology adoption program.
  • Experience developing and delivering instructor-led or self-service training.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), grounding, hallucination management, model evaluation, AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Experience with low-code automation, workflow automation, or prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Shopify, D365 ERP, Snowflake, ServiceNow, or similar SaaS ecosystems.

  • Partner closely with the AI Product Solutions Manager, Senior AI Engineer, Technology teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Balance day-to-day product operations and community support with larger project discovery and delivery responsibilities.
  • Make AI understandable and usable through practical documentation, training, demonstrations, and ongoing engagement.
  • Balance innovation and speed with security, governance, responsible AI, and operational discipline.

How Success is Measured

  • Clear, complete, and actionable requirements that reduce ambiguity and rework.
  • Consistent facilitation of the AI team's operating cadence and delivery workflows.
  • Improved backlog readiness, delivery visibility, and stakeholder communication.
  • AI initiatives progressing reliably through discovery, development, testing, approval, release, and adoption.
  • Accurate, relevant, and engaging content across the internal AI community site and enablement channels.
  • Increased employee awareness, adoption, and responsible use of approved AI products and solutions.
  • Effective collaboration between business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Security, and Digital Technology.
