    Responsibilities

    • Travel to customers to fulfill work orders
    • Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per factory and dealership standards
    • Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues with precision
    • Work with the Parts Department to secure necessary components
    • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of repairs
    • Deliver top-quality service while upholding dealership reputation and customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
    • Ford Certification is a huge plus
    • ASE or other OEM Certification is a plus
    • Solid knowledge of repair and maintenance across vehicle systems
    • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
    • Ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
