    Job description

    This position will work with the Fiserv Product Manager to define, prioritize and execute the Fiserv banking products roadmap and potentially other banking related systems. The position will work with the firm's business areas, technical/development teams, and third party vendors to define, prioritize, and execute Fiserv product roadmap. To be successful in this position, the candidate will need to possess a combination of banking subject matter expertise as well an understanding of core banking systems. Ideally, this candidate should have experience with Fiserv's Signature Core Banking System. This position also requires strong communication, verbal and written, in order to interface with business stakeholders and development/technical teams.
    This position will report to the Fiserv Product Manager, and be part of the IT Product Management Group along with other product managers and business system analysts.
    • Collaborates with the Fiserv Product Manager to ensure that business requirements and client needs are incorporated into Boston Private's instance of Fiserv's Signature Core System as well as other Fiserv banking products.
    • Works with Fiserv and Boston Private technical resources to ensure features/functionality are developed according to business requirements.
    • Helps develop, maintain and prioritize Fiserv product enhancements.
    • Works with the Fiserv Product Manager to understand Fiserv product strategy and roadmap and keep relevant Boston Private employees aware of enhancement potentials and new products.
    • Helps ensure that development work and upgrades to Boston Private's Fiserv products maximizes value and are aligned with overall business strategy.
    • Works with Fiserv, other third party vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful product roll-outs and releases.
    • Works with other Boston Private Product owners to ensure that upgrades to applications integrated with Fiserv products don't negatively affect the client and employee experience.
    • Attends and participates in industry conferences, workshops, and trainings.
    • Understands the end-to-end customer experience, integrations and dependencies.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5+ years of business analyst type work such as eliciting end user requirements, documenting business processes, and requirements analysis.
    • Experience with Fiserv products including Fiserv Signature is required. Preferably the candidate should have experience with Fiserv Nautilus, Fiserv Aperio, and Fiserv iVue.
    • Banking subject matter expertise is required. Wealth Management knowledge is a plus.
    • Experience working in a shared service environment where business area colleagues are your clients.
    • Detail oriented and strong communicator.
    • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Familiarity with the following financial applications is a plus:
      • Precision Lender
      • Advent Products (i.e. APX, Moxy)
      • EllieMae Encompass
