    Customer Service Associate
    About your role:
    As a Customer Service Associate, you will support banking and merchant customers by handling inbound calls, answering questions, and researching and resolving Bill Pay-related issues with accuracy and care. You will work closely with customers, teammates, and leaders to deliver a consistent service experience that builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and supports day-to-day service operations.
    What you'll do:
    • Answer inbound customer calls and provide support for Bill Pay-related questions, service requests, and issue resolution
    • Research customer concerns across web-based tools and internal systems to identify root causes and complete accurate resolutions
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers while using active listening to understand needs and confirm next steps
    • Document customer interactions, account activity, and resolutions accurately in the appropriate systems
    • Meet service, quality, schedule adherence, and compliance expectations while delivering a positive customer experience
    • Partner with teammates, supervisors, and support teams to address escalated or unresolved issues and improve service outcomes
    • Complete paid training and apply learned processes, policies, and tools to daily customer interactions
    • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

    Experience you'll need to have:
    • One year of experience in customer service, call center support, banking support, merchant support, or a related service environment
    • Experience using web-based tools, computer systems, and multiple applications to research issues and complete customer requests
    • Ability to communicate effectively by phone, document interactions accurately, and resolve customer issues with professionalism and attention to detail
    • High school diploma or equivalent or an equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

    Experience that would be great to have:
    • Experience supporting online bill pay, banking services, or payment-related products
    • Experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment
    • Spanish bilingual communication skills

    How you'll work:
    • This position is an onsite role and requires regular attendance at our office.
    • Pay starts at $22/hour (may be higher based on experience), plus shift differential for eligible shifts.
    • Spanish bilingual premium: Additional $1.00 per hour
    • Shift differential pay for eligible evening and weekend hours
    • You will work an assigned schedule that will be determined at the time of offer. Start date: September 14, 2026 or October 12, 2026. Training is up to 6 weeks, Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST (full attendance required).
    • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
