Job description

As part of Encore’s Training and Development team, the Operations Trainer plays a key role in bringing new partners onto Encore’s software applications, systems, and standard operating procedures. Your primary goal is simple and important, make sure users are confident and capable when they log in, click around, and put our tools to work in the field and in the office. You will spend your time where change is happening, inside newly onboarded partner companies, helping teams understand how Encore works, how our systems fit together, and how to use them in a way that enhances productivity and streamlines processes.

If you enjoy helping people learn, translating technical concepts into everyday language, and seeing “it finally clicks” moments in real time, this role will feel like a great fit.


  • Developing and delivering engaging in person or remote training sessions for groups ranging from Three to Forty participants
  • Designing user friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and online resources
  • Assessing the training needs of employees and tailoring sessions accordingly
  • Providing one on one support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
  • Gathering feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials
  • Collaborating with IT, data integrity, and application development teams to stay updated on new features and standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and user feedback

  • Experience in training or teaching, particularly in technology applications
  • Strong understanding of various software applications and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to travel up to 80 percent to various Encore locations to facilitate training sessions for newly onboarded partner companies
