Echo Cliffs Pharmacy is seeking dedicated Pharmacists and Advanced Practice Pharmacists to join our growing team. This position provides comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services for patients across the lifespan, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric populations.
This role offers excellent career growth opportunities, allowing pharmacists to advance from Pharmacist I through Advanced Practice Pharmacist II based on experience and clinical expertise.
This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $116,339.49 - $168,692.26 annually
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
OR - Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-recognized school
Licensure & Certifications:
Required:
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in any U.S. State or Territory
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (American Heart Association)

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Pharmacist
Advanced Practice Pharmacist I
- Minimum 2 years as a Registered Pharmacist
- Minimum 1-year Clinical Pharmacist experience
Advanced Practice Pharmacist II
- Minimum 5 years as a Registered Pharmacist
- Minimum 2 years Clinical Pharmacist experience

Primary Responsibilities:
Clinical Services
- Review and verify medication orders
- Provide direct patient care
- Conduct outpatient pharmacy clinics
- Monitor and adjust medication therapy
- Review laboratory values
- Counsel patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff
- Monitor chemotherapy treatment plans
- Participate in disaster response and emergency preparedness
- Provide drug information to healthcare providers
Pharmacy Operations:
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
- Dispense medications
- Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding
- Prepare IV medications and chemotherapy
- Maintain controlled substance documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Utilize pharmacy software systems
- Supervise Pharmacy Technicians
- Meet departmental KPIs
Quality & Safety
- Report medication errors and adverse drug reactions
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives
- Ensure medication safety standards
- Maintain infection control and PPE compliance
- Participate in continuing education
Advanced Practice Pharmacist Responsibilities
In addition to the above:
- Perform clinical assessments
- Manage pharmacy-led specialty clinics
- Order and interpret laboratory tests
- Initiate, modify, discontinue, or renew medication therapy
- Monitor chronic disease management
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams
Advanced Practice Pharmacist II Leadership Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacists and pharmacy staff
- Manage specialty pharmacy clinics
- Develop new clinical pharmacy programs
- Create policies and procedures
- Lead quality assurance initiatives
- Monitor CMS and Joint Commission compliance
- Assist with departmental budgeting and operational planning
