Position: Quality Analyst (Testing)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst to analyze user requirements and automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing Java applications and mainframe systems, ensuring the quality and efficiency of software deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases for Java programs on distributed platforms.
- Execute test programs, update files, and validate results to ensure correctness.
- Strong experience with database technologies such as Postgres and DB2.
- Proficient in using Jira for test management and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for both program-level and user-level support.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in testing Java programs.
- Proven experience with DB2 and Postgres databases.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and debugging software issues.
- Excellent communication skills for user sign-off and collaboration.
