Direct the daily execution of approximately 3–5 Lead Technicians and their associated crews across assigned scopes, areas, buildings, floors, zones, or phases.

Maintain near-continuous presence in active work areas throughout the shift.

Ensure Lead Technicians understand the scope, priorities, sequence, production goals, and completion criteria for their assigned work.

Translate Superintendent direction and schedule requirements into clear, executable work packages for Lead Technicians.

Continuously walk active workfronts to validate that crews are working on the correct priorities and executing according to plan.

Reallocate manpower, resources, or workfronts as conditions change to protect production and schedule commitments.

Coordinate interfaces between crews to prevent stacking, congestion, access conflicts, or inefficient sequencing.
