    CableCom LLC is in search of a talented Sr Operations Manager to support our business unit focused on cable and fiber optic construction projects in the Benicio, California area. The ideal candidate is a high energy, hands-on manager, with a passion for developing and mentoring others.     What you'll do
    • General Management of construction operations.
    • Works under the direction of a multi-state Area Manager.
    • Ensure all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications. This includes ensuring that all employees are working safely and productively.
    • Manage the project volume and finances (P&L).
    • Coach and develop employees, leadership, construction practices, and safety. environment.
    • Build business relationships, service client needs, and foster a partnership with CableCom clients.
    • Ensure the ongoing daily production of employees and subcontractors meet requirements to successfully accomplish company expectations.
    • Audit construction operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.
    • Resolve any escalated complaints with customers, external entities, and employees.
    • Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, and time keeping.
    • Review Plan of Record (POR) to measure success via employees, customer, and financials.
    • Build plans based on POR to drive improvements, reduce risk, and grow the business.
    • Maintain and enforce company, federal and state rules and regulations, such as non-discriminatory practices, payroll and overtime guidelines, etc.

    What you'll need
    • Experience Leading structured organization of 100+ employees.
    • Previous P&L responsibility for a business with revenue in excess of $5M
    • 7 years construction management experience, preferably with utilities
    • 5+ years of experience in project management
    • Possess significant skills with spreadsheets, data bases, and professional email.
    • Possess a valid driver's license.

    The wage range for Sr Manager Operations Management is $115,000.00 - $120,000.00
