Job description

DUNKIN' DONUTS RESTAURANT MANAGERS - FULL-TIME positions available.
The Restaurant Manager will focus on motivating our teams, driving sales, controlling costs and maintaining our high standards. The General Manager is responsible for leading our teams to consistently exceed guest expectations.

The General Manager will inspire his/her team and create an atmosphere that represents our company's core values and provides a great work place for our employees.
Essential Functions:
Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
Ensures products are consistent with brand quality standards
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Assists Multi-Unit Manager with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining
inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Responsible for the growth and development of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Crew Members
Assists Multi-Unit Manager in recruiting, interviewing, training, motivation, evaluation and termination of team members
Administers and adheres to all company policies
Provides information to Multi-Unit Manager that can lead to a more efficient process
Responds to inquiries from all customers and employees
Supervises cleaning and maintenance of equipment and arranges for repairs, contracts and other services
Plans and implements work schedules
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
2 years of restaurant management experience
Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
Strong customer service skills required
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Basic business math and accounting skills required
Basic computer skills preferred
Knowledge of food and labor cost
Enjoys working with people
Ability to create a fun environment for customers and staff
Self-motivated and highly energetic
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Serv-Safe certification required
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a clean driving record
Satisfactory vehicle
Must be able to work long hours
Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
Ability to successfully perform the job duties
