    As a Senior Analyst, Risk Analytics, you'll turn complex data into strategic direction that strengthens risk management and ensures regulatory adherence across our products and operations. You'll partner across Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to evaluate workflows, surface emerging risks, and build scalable analytics solutions that support a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. In this role, you'll translate sophisticated analyses into clear, actionable recommendations that protect our players, strengthen controls, and drive operational excellence. Your work will enhance compliance frameworks, improve efficiency, and support sustainable, compliant growth.
    What you'll do as a Senior Analyst, Risk Analytics
    • Drive the strategic analysis of large-scale datasets to identify compliance risks, uncover gaps, and inform decision-making that strengthens regulatory adherence.
    • Shape how data informs compliance strategy by translating complex analyses into clear insights that guide cross-functional stakeholders and support critical initiatives.
    • Define and execute analytical approaches to monitor high-risk events, including alerting, investigation, and trend analysis to proactively mitigate risk.
    • Serve as a trusted partner to Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, influencing processes and improving controls across the organization.
    • Architect and enhance scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data pipelines that increase visibility into compliance performance and operational health.
    • Evaluate and refine compliance workflows by developing KPIs and conducting deep-dive analyses to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

    What you'll bring
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of analytics experience, preferably with exposure to compliance, technology, consulting, or e-commerce environments.
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets, with the ability to independently structure analyses and validate results.
    • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or similar data visualization platforms.
    • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including exploratory analysis, data transformation, and statistical methods.
    • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
