Join Our Team as a Housekeeper at the DoubleTree by Hilton Raleigh-Cary!

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas. This position involves performing advanced cleaning tasks to maintain a welcoming environment for guests, while upholding high standards of cleanliness and quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Thoroughly clean assigned rooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning commodes, and changing linens.
  • Replace linens and restock guest amenities as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, using correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing/damaged items through the hotel operations software.
  • Handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Ensure guest rooms are secure by keeping doors locked and reporting any security issues.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Mentor and train new team members.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures.
