    Title: Hospital Liaison 

    Employment Type: Full-Time  

    Pay Rate: $25 - $27 per hour 
    Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

    Location: Huntington, New York and multiple client locations within New York.

    Training Location: Please note, if hired for this position, the first week of training takes place in Ridgewood, New York and the second week of training will take place at our client locations within New York. After you complete your 2-week training, you will be assigned to work in the Bronx, New York and multiple client locations within New York.

    Responsibilities:  

    • Facilitate a close working relationship between our Client and DocGo 

    • Act as the liaison and the point person to ensure a strong partnership 

    • Work independently and establish strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and staff 

    • Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates to stakeholders 

    • Maintain a clear focus on high quality patient care and service 

    • Address any issues that arise and include DocGo leadership when needed 

    • Problem solve and find solutions for any areas of improvement opportunities 

    • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all verbal and written communications, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies 

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and industry standards related to patient privacy, communication, and ethical conduct in all interactions with patients and external stakeholders 

    • Stay informed about developments in healthcare trends, patient engagement strategies, and regulatory changes, seeking opportunities for professional development and incorporating new knowledge into daily practice 

    • Perform other duties as assigned 
       

    Qualifications:  

    • High school diploma or GED 

    • Must have 3 years of customer service experience  

    • Valid NY State EMT certification 

    • Valid NYS Driver’s license, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record

    • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Calendar, Excel, etc.) 

    • Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communication effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional manner  

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
