    Job description

    Anthropologie is looking for a full-time temporary employee to fill the Sr Project Manager role. This role oversees and streamlines marketing operations and creative workflows for the Terrain and Anthro Weddings brands, managing campaign planning, cross-functional communication, timelines, and execution from briefing through delivery. Responsibilities include owning marketing and creative processes, maintaining master calendars, coordinating store signage and production, aligning teams across marketing, creative, merchandising, and store operations, and managing design requests, packaging, branding, and printing materials to ensure efficient execution and brand consistency across all channels and store experiences.


    Campaign Management and Planning:

    • Own the marketing ops process and workflows for the entire Terrain and Anthro Weddings brands
    • Oversees brand master calendar including Marketing, Buying, Planning, Store, and Creative milestones. 
    • Own relationship between marketing and creative teams for TR and AW

    Store Signage:

    • Terrain
    • Manages all store sign requests with Copy & Print design team 
    • Owns and updates sign archive 
    • Anthro Weddings
    • Manages AW store signage kit process (Jan, Apr, July, Oct) 
    • Attend all AW mock store in person walk-throughs (preliminary, Anu and final) for AW 

    Creative Operations/Art Department:

    • Manage all design requests with design and copy teams including
    • Store events
    • Branding- logos
    • Product Packaging – most frequent, quick turn around 
    • Point of contact between creative and design for all design projects
    • Spearhead and track printed brand reciprocity cards and inserts (gets all info from team for copy and design to work on the cards and then will work with store ops and our brand managing director to align on distro timing for both TR store inserts and TR inserts in AN/AW surrounding stores 
    • Manage quarterly business card requests and execution of cards with print designer

    • 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related fields
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and cross-functional teams
    • Experience working closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and store operations teams
    • Proven ability to manage campaign workflows, creative deliverables, and production processes from concept through execution
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or similar platforms preferred
    • Retail, creative, or brand marketing experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Merchandising, Project Management, or a related field preferred
