- The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and agile coach for one or more project teams, facilitating Scrum events and removing impediments so the team can deliver value effectively.

- Experience supporting multiple concurrent Scrum teams or working within a scaled agile framework (SAFe).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and two (2) years of professional experience facilitating agile or Scrum teams, or serving in a project coordination or Scrum Master capacity.
- Job related work experience may substitute for educational qualifications on a year for year basis.
- Specialized training, certifications, and/or other special requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
