    Job description

    CROSSMARK is a full-service, retail merchandising organization with an experienced field staff in all 50 states and Canada. We are committed to increasing sales and profits for our clients by delivering in-store solutions for their merchandising needs. We are currently seeking a Field Analyst to complete evaluations and collect data on multiple client products to determine the damage and expiration levels within the supply chain.

    What You'll Do: 

    • Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of all field operations processes. 
    • Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of company policies and product policies for each manufacturer client. 
    • Develop and maintain a collaborative professional relationship with various warehouse managers and staff, Retail store managers, and internally with other departments throughout the organization. 
    • Pay close attention to detail during packaging analysis and data collection to meet the company's data collection quality standards. 
    • Manage time and schedule efficiently to meet the company's productivity standards. 
    • Review all company communications daily, responding as necessary or required. 
    • Complete and submit all electronic reports and paperwork in the specified time frame (call reports, expense reports, TRACE paperwork, etc.). 
    • Complete training in all field-related services and procedures. 
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned. 


    What We're Looking For:


    • High school diploma or equivalent. 
    • The ability to travel, including 4-5 overnight stays per week. 
    • The ability to lift 50+ pounds independently is required. 
    • Warehouse, retail stocking/customer service, auditing, shipping/receiving, and unloading experience is a plus. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. 
    • Reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations. 
    • Meet production and quality goals. 
    • Work independently as well as in a team environment. 
    • Communicate verbally and in writing in a timely and professional manner. 
    • Work with hazardous waste in a non-climate-controlled environment. 
    • Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands or arms. 
    • Regularly stand and walk on hard floors for an 8-hour period. 
    • Talk or hear and read instructions on a computer monitor and/or printer on paper. 
    • Frequently walk, kneel, squat, bend, and lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. 
    • View items at an extremely close range. 
    • Follow safety rules and regulations. 
    • Support a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations and reporting all safety hazards.
