As a Sales Development Manager at CoreWeave, you'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads. You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and driving the strategy of the SDR team while scaling our outreach efforts. If you thrive in fast-growing environments, enjoy building teams from the ground up, and are excited about collaborating across departments, this role is for you. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and senior leadership to align our prospecting efforts with company goals.

    What You'll Do
    • Lead daily operations and performance management for SDRs to ensure key metrics and quotas are consistently achieved.

    • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new SDRs with a comprehensive training program, including CoreWeave's product knowledge, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and prospecting tools.

    • Provide regular 1:1 coaching sessions focused on time management, objection handling, prospecting strategies, and active listening skills.

    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on pipeline generation strategies to achieve company targets.

    • Build and maintain a library of prospecting resources for the SDR team.

    • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture centered on productivity, development, and well-being.

    • Drive operational excellence by continuously innovating and refining SDR processes.

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure data-driven decision-making.

    • Develop clear career paths and leadership opportunities for team members.

    Who You Are
    • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Cloud or SaaS.

    • At least 2 years in a leadership role managing B2B sales or SDR teams.

    • Proven success in scaling and developing high-performing sales teams.

    • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas in an outbound environment.

    • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with demonstrated excellence in communication and presentations.

    • Growth-oriented mindset and positive attitude that fosters motivation and team success.

    • Deep expertise in Salesforce and familiarity with email and call automation platforms.

    • Passion for recruiting as well as thoughtful team planning and development.

    • Experience working cross-functionally to create effective top-of-funnel activities and drive pipeline growth.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous process improvements.

    • Recognized for a strong work ethic, commitment to service leadership, and dedication to team success.

    Nice to Haves
    • Experience in Cloud or HCP.

    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.

Wondering if you're a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. If some of this describes you, we'd love to talk.

    • You love connecting teams and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly from start to finish.
