Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

  • Proficient in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

  • ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSGB)
  • Experience with Minitab or other statistical software
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
