About Us

At Minuteman Press | Las Vegas West, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier print, marketing, and design solutions to our local community. As a fast-paced commercial print shop, our workload shifts dynamically. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented On-Call Print Production Associate to join our team and help us smash deadlines when production demands peak.

Looking for flexibility? This is an on-call position with no guaranteed set hours, making it the perfect opportunity for someone seeking supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or hands-on experience in the print and graphics industry.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • As a Print Production Associate, you are the final line of defense in ensuring our print products look flawless before they reach the customer. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Print & Finishing Support: Assist with the day-to-day operation of digital print presses and bindery/finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, etc.).
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of production accuracy, checking for correct alignment, colors, and cuts.
  • Packaging & Fulfillment: Carefully sort, count, wrap, and package finished printed materials for client pickup or delivery.
  • Logistics & Material Handling: Lift, move, and organize heavy paper stock, boxes, and production supplies.
  • Shop Maintenance: Help keep the production floor organized, clean, and safe for the team.

You don’t need to be a print master on day one—we are happy to train the right person! However, to excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move around for extended periods in a production environment.
  • Strength: Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Sharp Eye for Detail: You notice the little things (like a crooked cut or a missing page) that others might miss.
  • Reliability & Flexibility: You are dependable, communicative, and ready to jump in when duty calls.
  • Pace: Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience (Plus, but not required): Previous experience in a print shop or operating digital presses is a great bonus, but a willingness to learn is more important!

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Ultimate Flexibility: Perfect for freelancers, students, or anyone looking to supplement their income.
  • Great Environment: Work with a tight-knit, hardworking team in a creative industry.
  • Skill Building: Learn the ins and outs of commercial digital printing and finishing technologies.

How to Apply:

If you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to assist where needed, we want to hear from you!
