This role focuses on accurately and efficiently preparing materials for shipment and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.

Job Location
42 Industrial Circle, Lancaster, PA 17601

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining evenly layered and organized bins
  • Downstocking products into primary bin locations
  • Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment (must go through our training and certification)
  • Cleaning and organizing work zone
  • Communicating any workplace issues or concerns with the shift supervisor
  • Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shift supervisor
  • Pull warehouse stock to fulfill stock transfers to Restaurant Store locations and Consolidating orders for stores
  • Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity metrics
Work Hours
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am
Physical Requirements
  • Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
  • Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
  • Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
  • Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.

Qualifications
Experience
Previous warehousing experience preferred, but not required.
Education
This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.
