Kelly Services is currently seeking a Data Governance Analyst position for one of our top clients working remote, must be able to support EST work hours. Project has budget through the end of 2026 with potential extension into 2027.
 
  • Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Data Governance Analyst for a 3-month+ engagement at one of our Global clients working remote. This role is a full-time (40 hour), fully benefited position.

Position Overview
The Analyst – Data Governance supports end-to-end master data processes across SAP and integrated systems. This role works closely with business, functional, and technical teams to gather and document requirements, maintain data dictionaries, understand E2E process and system dependencies, and support the implementation and enhancement of master data solutions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and master data. Experience with workflow or orchestration platforms such as SAP MDG, Syniti (SWFT), Cignon, BTP, or similar tools is preferred.
1. Requirements & Process Documentation
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries, business rules, and related master data documentation.
  • Develop E2E process flows documenting activities, systems, integrations, dependencies, and handoffs.
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, and impacts across upstream and downstream systems.

2. SAP & E2E Process Support
  • Support master data processes across SAP and integrated applications.
  • Understand how master data moves across systems throughout the E2E lifecycle.
  • Partner with SAP functional teams to validate requirements, process sequencing, dependencies, and system impacts.
  • Support analysis of SAP master data objects, fields, business rules, and functional requirements.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize E2E processes.

3. Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, developers, data governance teams, and solution architects.
  • Facilitate or participate in requirements and process-review sessions.
  • Track assigned deliverables, dependencies, risks, and open decisions.
  • Communicate progress and escalate risks or blockers as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience with SAP, preferably supporting master data or E2E business processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries, process flows, business rules, and functional documentation.
  • Understanding of SAP master data concepts and E2E process dependencies.
  • Ability to understand how data and processes flow across multiple systems.
  • Experience supporting testing cycles (BST, UAT).
  • Experience with workflow/orchestration tools or platforms such as SAP MDG, Syniti (SWFT), Cignon, SAP BTP, or similar solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Jira is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across business and technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
