Its products include the regulated stablecoin USDC, cross-border payments solutions, and the enterprise blockchain platform Arc - all designed to power trusted, internet-scale financial innovation.
    Role Overview - Principal Product Manager, Digital Assets
    The Principal Product Manager for Digital Assets will lead initiatives that drive the adoption, distribution, and growth of Circle's suite of digital assets (such as USDC, EURC, and USYC) within the web3 ecosystem. You'll work closely with ecosystem partners and internal cross-functional teams to shape product vision, define strategy, and launch new products that extend the reach of Circle's assets and infrastructure.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities for accelerating usage and adoption of Circle's digital assets.
    • Translate ecosystem insights into actionable product initiatives; define and own the product vision and roadmap from 0 to 1.
    • Conduct market research to uncover emerging use cases, trends, and high-potential digital assets.
    • Stay at the forefront of developments in on-chain asset issuance and new digital asset use cases.
    • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, legal, data science, marketing, business) to ship products to market.

    perience & Qualifications
    • 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning strategy for complex, commercial products (for Principal level); or 7+ years for Lead Product Manager track.
    • At least 2+ years in the crypto space, with a strong understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
    • 2+ years of experience working in financial markets.
    • Deep familiarity with stablecoin use cases, including DeFi, wallets, bridges, and consumer crypto products.
    • Strong technical fluency, ideally supported by a background in computer science or engineering.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven decision making.
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders.
    • For the Principal level specifically: experience mentoring and coaching other product managers.
