What Success Looks Like:

We are seeking a reliable Seasonal Maintenance worker to assist in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of our golf course. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating high quality turf conditions for golfers. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Golf course set up duties: Empty trash cans, clean up loose trash, move all tee markers, blow off cart paths, clean on course restrooms daily  
  • Change cup & pin locations on as needed basis  
  • Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps to ensure proper playing conditions
  • Mow greens, tees, and fairways using specialized equipment 
  • Perform routine landscaping duties such as string trimming, edging of bunkers and cart paths, and debris removal
  • Assist with basic irrigation task such as hand watering dry spots
  • Repair divots, ball marks and other turf damage  
  • Follow all safety guidelines and course maintenance standards
  • Keeps maintenance and engineering storerooms and work spaces clean and organized  
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent 

What You Bring

  • Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with golf course equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) 
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team 
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required   
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
