Your Impact
- Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and securite environment at all times.
- Maintains a close working relationship with the police and alarm monitoring services
- Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
- Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in the city and county
- Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
- Maintains a clean, neat and orderly desk at all times
- Responds to all resident and/or guest requests in an expeditious manner
What You Bring
- Guard Card required
- Two years related experience and/or training
- Possess excellent verbal and people skills
- The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
