About Admiral:

Our Control Center Operators play a vital role in our success, serving as the central link between our field teams, clients, and internal departments.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (French and English) Control Center Operator to join our operations team. This is a full-time role that requires availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts as part of our 24/7 schedule. As a Control Center Operator, you will be responsible for real-time communication, monitoring security systems, dispatching personnel, and ensuring that field staff are supported and responsive to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication between field staff, clients, and internal teams

  • Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to identify and report any suspicious or irregular activity

  • Respond to inquiries from clients and guards, offering timely and effective assistance

  • Coordinate and dispatch security personnel to incidents and routine assignments across various sites

  • Manage and update live staff schedules to ensure coverage and operational efficiency

  • Verify task completion and ensure that all field staff are following site protocols and company standards

  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for incidents, communication, and daily activities

  • Assist with administrative functions as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 19 years of age

  • Bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written)

  • Ability to work various shifts, including overnight and weekends, as part of a rotational 24/7 schedule

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Professional demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure

Assets:

  • Diploma in Policing, Corrections, or related field

  • Prior experience as a security officer or in a dispatch/control center environment

  • Administrative or scheduling experience

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Opérateur(trice) du Centre de Contrôle bilingue (français et anglais), très organisé(e) et axé(e) sur les détails, pour se joindre à notre équipe des opérations. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein nécessitant une disponibilité de jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine, selon un horaire rotatif 24/7. En tant qu'opérateur(trice) du centre de contrôle, vous serez responsable des communications en temps réel, de la surveillance des systèmes de sécurité, de la répartition du personnel et de l’assurance du soutien aux équipes de terrain.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Servir de point de contact principal pour les communications entre le personnel de terrain, les clients et les équipes internes

  • Surveiller les caméras de sécurité et les systèmes afin d’identifier et de signaler toute activité suspecte ou irrégulière

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et des agents de sécurité en offrant une assistance rapide et efficace

  • Coordonner et répartir le personnel de sécurité vers des incidents ou affectations de routine sur différents sites

  • Gérer et mettre à jour les horaires du personnel en temps réel pour assurer la couverture et l’efficacité opérationnelle

  • Vérifier l’exécution des tâches et s’assurer que le personnel de terrain respecte les protocoles de site et les normes de l’entreprise

  • Tenir des registres précis des incidents, des communications et des activités quotidiennes

  • Effectuer des tâches administratives au besoin

Qualifications requises :

  • Avoir au moins 19 ans

  • Être bilingue en français et en anglais (oral et écrit)

  • Être disponible pour divers quarts, y compris de nuit et les fins de semaine, dans le cadre d’un horaire rotatif 24/7

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite

  • Fortes capacités de résolution de problèmes et grande attention aux détails

  • Comportement professionnel et capacité à rester calme sous pression

Atouts :

  • Diplôme en techniques policières, en services correctionnels ou domaine connexe

  • Expérience préalable comme agent de sécurité ou dans un environnement de répartition/centre de contrôle

  • Expérience en administration ou en gestion d’horaire
